Summary: We had a nice stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast was Nice and had a few glutenfree items. Our child like the lift from the main building to the NH Collection building. Public Transport is close by and also the shopping mall is close to the hotel.

Summary: You can see that the hotel is a bit older. It was also quite cold in the room during our stay. Unfortunately there was no cable car running, so the shuttle ride down to the hotel was a little longer

Summary: A nice stay but i was dissapointed that the hotel did not bother to answer our multiple requests regarding a forgotten item. (our 7 year old daugther forgot her teddybear.) A simple answer would have made a big difference for her. I would expect that from a hotel in this catagory.

Summary: The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Prague. Easy to get around. Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is fresh and plenty to choose from, sky lift is amazing feature and views from the top floor are beautiful. Pool is on the smaller size but perfectly sufficient for a nice swim. Jacuzzi might be a bit difficult to get into for shorter people and steps to the pool is a ladder, not great for everyone. The only issue we had was a very uncomfortable bed that was moving a lot every time one of us turned around and smell of drainage coming from the bathroom. For the price we paid I expected a better/more comfortable and up to date room but overall people working there made up for it.
